Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. We have been away camping with no service.
The service I received was beyond my expectation and the best that I have received when looking to purchase a vehicle. Justin was amazing from the start. In no way did I feel presssured to purchase any vehicle. He was very kind and considerate. I feel he did what was BEST for ME. I told him what I was looking for in a car and my price and he showed me what you had. The first one he showed me was the one I purchased. It was what I was looking for.
I would rate you all a big 10 hands down and would absolutely recommend you to anyone I know.
I said this to Justin that when you walk into the building, everyone is so happy and helpful. Every staff member that I encountered each time was so helpful and happy. It doesnt feel like they are at work. It does not appear like its a job to them. But someplace they look forward to going everyday. That in itself says alot.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and when its time for new wheels again. I definately will be back. I wish I could have experienced working in an environment like yours.

Another fantastic experience at Jim Gilbert's. I purchased my third vehicle and it was just as quick easy and enjoyable as the first 2.
I'm not sure how often you're told this. When you've had credit issues in the past and you've worked really hard to correct them, it is so nice to walk into your business and be treated no differently than someone who has never had a credit hiccup. It truly means a lot.
I will continue to come back and I will definitely continue to recommend. The outstanding customer service and atmosphere always make it quick and easy.

Gair Maxwell introduced me to Jim at my conference last Fall in Moncton. I was impressed with his excitement about being the Huggable Car Dealer, and so that led me to your website. I found the website super well laid out, and the chat feature very helpful. It was through one of those chats that I was introduced to Corey Thomas and his personality and customer service skills were outstanding. Since I'm from Saint John, I had my dad drop by the dealership to take a look at the trucks I was interested in. He then called me and said I had to get up there to see them because they looked even "better than new". He was right. I am quite certain that I will never buy a new car again. After this experience picking up an almost-new 2017 truck, and saving the depreciation amount off of the new sticker price, I will return to Wheels and Deals again for my next purchase! Hi Chelsea I just want to say thank you for all that you guys did with watching my little guy and helping out while my niece was buying a car. Justin when above and beyond with watching my little one so I could be there with my niece as she tested out the car she was interested in buying. I never thought there was a place in town that is so open armed and as welcoming as you guys are all there. I can't thank you enough very happy with everything and thanks for all the little toys that my son was given. Corey Thomas was very helpful listening to what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and the length of payments. I would give a 9 as to recommend I had my daughter with me and we talked about her getting a car and came back and she talked with Corey and bought her car, so the answer is yes I would recommend.
I came to Fredericton to shop for a new to me vehicle and talked with 3 sales people from different lots. I shopped on line and found certain cars at different lots that I was interested in. Wheels and Deals was where my son had 2 weeks previously bought a dodge truck.
