A big 10… I’ve been to many dealership before and Wheels and Deals surpass all of them… your staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel right comfortable from the get go! Yes definitely recommend to anyone who’s in the market to get a new to them vehicle!
My husband cousin both bought their vehicle at Wheels and Deals and told us all about it and we looked on the website to see if there was a truck that interested us and there was so we went to see and try out the truck and came back home with the truck that same Saturday!!!

Hey Jim, just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy I am with our "Experience" at the Hugquarters. We had the pleasure of dealing with Paula and John and they were amazing. We knew John from the purchase of our previous car that we purchased in 09. It was so nice to not be looked down on for having credit issues in the our past, as was the case at other dealerships. This purchase was a long time in the planning and when the time came, there was only one place to consider.
I want to explain why I used the word experience, because that is what it is. It is the little things that you guys do that the others don't. I have never had a tour of the dealership anywheres else, I have never been introduced to members of the management team anywheres else, and I have never had a member the sales team give me a hug.
I wanted you to know that we appreciate the level of quality you maintain both in inventory and personnel, as well as adding integrity to the previously owned car industry.

Hey Guys & Gals, I just received a call from a Brenda Cochrane wanting to thank the "young fello" who took an hour of his time to help her get her vehicle unstuck yesterday. She said it was on Hayes street and the nice young man was driving a white truck. She wants to express to you how much it meant to her to have you stop and help her and she is sending you a million thank yous!! She said she didn't catch your name but your apparel gave away where you worked.

1. I would definitely rate Troy a 10! He was amazing with me and helped me get the SUV I needed very quickly. I had my previous car written off and he helped me get back on the road quick when my rental needed to be brought back. He is funny, personal, honest and answered all my questions and more! I went to 5 or 6 other dealerships, but none of them gave me the service Troy did! He's awesome!
2. I would definitely recommend Wheels and Deals AND Troy to anyone I know. I will also come back next time I need a new vehicle.
3. I heard about Wheels and Deals through a mother of one of my coworkers. Being new to Fredericton, she definitely sent me in the right direction.

I would definitely rate my experience at a 10 plus..any issues i had were quickly resolved by Paula and another fella.. i really wish i could remember his name cause he was excellent. Paula know who im talking about. Lol

And lastly. My girlfriend purchased the car and she heard from the dealership by word of mouth and has been long time friends with Paula. Although talking to a lot of past customers helped pick the place.
She had really bad experience when she purchased her last car from another fredericton dealership and wasn't making the same mistake again!!
Wheels and Deals is an awesome place to buy a car, your made to feel like family as soon as you enter the building and all the staff has your back if you have any issue no matter how big or small!!

I just wanted to send a little thank you note. You not only have the best dealership around but your staff is as well. I had talked to Troy a week or so ago and he told me to stop by and grab a couple little bears ..one for my daughter to take with her to Montreal next month when she goes for back surgery & the other so I didn't have a fight on my hands with my little guy over just coming home with one lol. He wasn't around today when I stopped by but the man that was standing in the entry who I can't remember his name (he's quite tall and dark haired) made sure I had a couple of the little bears as well as a blue one for her to brighten her day, which it did. She has it propped up on her bed and the little red one is already in her suitcase to bring with us. You have a very special car family that I'm happy to have been a part of.
